Christian Amatore was awarded by the Alessandro Volta Medal of the Electrochemical Society (ECS). He received this prize (the medal of Alessandro Volta) at the 230th meeting of ECS in Honolulu 3 October, 2016.
The recipient will have made outstanding achievements in either electrochemical science or solid state science and technology based on publications and/or technical contributions to these fields.
Alessandro Volta Medal
