Levels of remuneration
►For the EC : no indicative grid but floor and ceiling indices (contact the HR division for more information)
►The scientific responsible specifies the level of remuneration they wish for to the HR division
►The HR division will provide an estimated recruiting cost

Mandatory for ant recruitment

►Recruitment sheet signed by the agent : for the doctoral studentsfor the post-doctoral
►ID or passport
►Bank information / RIB
►Vital card or social security rights attestation
►Last diploma
► Updated resume

For the doctoral students (doctoral contract)
►Attestation of registration to a doctoral school

 

Depending on the situation
Demand of home to work transport costs reimbursement along with a copy of the Navigo pass and a subscription proof

Recruitment of non-European citizens
Doctoral students and EC
The SRH of the ESPCI provides the hosting convention that will allow the agent to ask for a visa (talent passport)


Recruitments for less than a year
An end-of-contract indemnity equating to 10% of the brut remuneration is due to all contracts that last for less than a year.
