Renewing of a multifunction card

In order to make the demand of the renewing of a multifunction card, the colleague sends an e-mail to the general affairs department, specifying in the mail object [Renewing card] NAME, attaching the formulary down below completed and signed, as well as the necessary supporting documents :

The renewing of the card is necessary, notably for the following situations :
►Amendment to the contract / contract extension
►Employer change

You don’ need to ask for a renewing if you’re still getting paid by the ENS.


Note that particular accesses (parking, bike,…) are automatically reported when renewing a card.
