CNRS – Initial recruitment

The completed recruitment file has to be sent to the RH division, who will initiate the demand vie the Canope platform.

Taking office preferably on the 1st or 15th of the month.


Mandatory instruction delay
►French or European recruitment : completed file transmitted and validated o the platform at least 4 weeks prior to taking office.
►Extra-European recruitment : completed file transmitted and validated on the platform at least 8 weeks prior to taking office.
►Recruitment with the effect of extending the period under fixed-term contract beyond 3 years : 8 weeks (necessary validation of the Institute)


Levels of remuneration
►Framed according to a salary scale (depending on the status and level of experience of the candidate)
►Possible salary increase (maximum 15%) with a letter from the scientific responsible aimed by the DU
►From a 15% salary increase and up, the demand has to be evaluated by the DGDR
►The RH division can then provide an estimated recruitment cost

The SRH of the CNRS provides an hosting agreement to the agent that enables him to make a visa demand (Talent passport)

ITA/BIATSS
►Needs the obtention of a working authorization, delivered by the French administration.
►The working authorization will enable the agent to make a visa demand (employee visa)
