Receiving non-european interns

The reception of a non-European trainee not registered in a French establishment is subject to specific regulations and the procedure is long. Please contact the HR department well in advance.


Hosting a non-European trainee for less than 90 days

►The internship agreement is written in French following the model provided by the HR department.
►The intern must obtain a short stay visa for their stay in France.


Hosting a non-European trainee for more than 90 days

►The internship agreement is written in French according to the model provided by the HR department.
►The tripartite internship agreement must be validated by the French Administration.
Documents to be sent to the HR department, in addition to the tripartite internship agreement: passport, student card, certificate of enrollment in the course followed.
►The residence permit obtained will allow the intern to apply for a long-stay visa valid as a residence permit, which must be validated upon arrival in France. The two steps are independent.
