1. Welcome booklet for all new employees

As soon as these documents are received, the site managers will make the link and ensure the specific logistical procedures for each site.
2. Tour of the premises with the supervisor.
► Safety sheet to be completed during the new entrant’s site visit.
The tour is conducted by the new entrant’s supervisor, or by another permanent member of his or her home division.

4. Activate your different accounts
►How to activate your Janus account, request your Sorbonne Université’s identifiers, ENS, ESPCI,…
Each member of the department and its research units (PASTEUR, LBM, IMAP) can have access to the applications and tools of its unit’s institutions (annual leave app, bibliographic resources,…).
