The organization is structured by multiple competence divisions :
– General affair division : steering of the pole in conjunction with the DAF, site management, institutional life, health and safety issues, etc.
– Human resources division : management in liaison with the DAF and the supervisory authorities in matters of recruitment, newcomer process, HR administrative part of bonuses and supplements to grants, etc.
– Finance Division : management of the division in conjunction with the DAF and the supervisory authorities in financial matters, monitoring of contracts, financial reports, missions, etc.
– Technical division: includes informatic aspects as well as work and maintenance
