Colleagues who find that their ENS card is no longer working can send an email to the HR department, specifying [Card renewal] PERSON’S NAME in the subject line.

There is no longer a paper form to send.

The renewing of the card is necessary, notably for the following situations :
►Amendment to the contract / contract extension
►Employer change

You don’ need to ask for a renewing if you’re still getting paid by the ENS.
