I am paid by ENS

► I can collect my card from the ENS cards office 48 hours after signing my contract.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

I am NOT paid by ENS

► Tick the appropriate box in the welcome booket. The HR team will request the card for me and will let me know when it is available to pick up at the cards office (infos right above).

I am an intern

The host organization mentioned on my internship agreement is ENS

The HR team will let me know when my card is ready to be picked up at the card service (address above). May take up to one week after the start of the internship, depending on when the fully signed agreement was sent to the HR.

The host organization listed on my internship agreement is Sorbonne University, CNRS, ESPCI, or another organization
