►The standard parts of the pole are set up on the transponder of any new arriving.
The rooms that do not appear on the standard setting have to be added on the transponder demand.

The new arriving is invited to collect their transponder against discharge by the general affairs department.

Setting up supplementary rooms (ulterior to the collecting of the transponder)

Any request to add an additional room must be sent by e-mail to the General Affairs Department by the person concerned, who will copy their line manager.

When the demand is evaluated, barring an opposition, the department administration will notice the person concerned of the effective set up of the new rooms.

Dysfunction

Any disfunction of the transponder has to be signalled to the general affairs department for follow-up to the informatic support. You may be asked to give your transponder to the informatic support if the problem cannot be remotely resolved.

Access to the LBT (ES142)

The access to the LBT is restrained. Any access demand has to be addressed to Marie-Aude Plamont (marie-aude.plamont@ens.psl.eu) to set up a reception procedure of the LBT and a request to add the room to the transponder of the concerned person.
