►I make my multifunction card demand online by joining the supporting documents according to my situation (work contract, invitation letter, …)

►You will receive an e-mail confirming the availability of your card to collect at 45 rue d’Ulm, 75005 Paris

The host organization listed on my internship agreement is the ENS
The HR division make the demand for a multifunction card for me barring the following conditions :
►The multifunction card was asked during the welcoming procedure
►I provided my ID and CPAM rights attestation
I will be noticed by e-mail when my card is ready.
The host organization listed on my internship agreement is Sorbonne University, CNRS, ESPCI or a research unit
►I make the demand for my multifunction card online by joining the supporting documents according to my situation (fully signed internship agreement and student card).
►The input can only be done on an ENS computer station by following the procedure (English version)
