Georges Mouchaham (G.M.) has been appointed in January 2019 as CNRS Researcher at Institut des Matériaux Poreux de Paris (IMAP).

After obtaining his PhD in Supra and Macromolecular chemistry from Université Paul Sabatier (Toulouse III), he joined in 2013 the Institut Lavoisier de Versailles as Postdoctoral Fellow working under the supervision of Dr. C. Serre and Dr. T. Devic. In 2016, he moved to King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) to work under the mentorship of Prof. M. Eddaoudi. During his scientific journey, G.M. has acquired a large panel of skills in the field of porous material and particularly in Metal-Organic Frameworks. His actual research interests remain focusing on the design, the elaboration and the study of robust MOFs as well as their use as versatile platform for applications related to environment and energy. G.M. has co-authored so far more than 20 peer-reviewed articles and one book chapter.
